| Don't let "gasoline engine" techs work on your diesel. We offer on vehicle repair. Our manufacturer-trained technicians have a combined experience of over 60 years. With our latest computerized OBD I & II (on board diagnostics), test benches and special tools, we can meet all manufacturer specifications to ensure that your diesel engine is running at peak performance. These days, time is money; you can't afford downtime. In most cases, we can provide a 24-hour turnaround time. We also have a large inventory of exchange pumps and injectors so you can exchange your unit, whether it be pump, injectors or turbocharger. We also provide road service and technical advice for diagnosing any diesel questions you might have; we're just a phone call away. What we service, we strictly follow the ADS standards for diesel fuel injection service. |
| Our Services Include:
Complete Overhaul, Rebuild, or Remanufacture

Complete disassembly of unit and component sub-assemblies.

Thorough cleaning and close inspection of all usable parts.

Reassembly of these parts to the unit, provided the parts meet the manufacturer's requirements. Missing, worn, or broken parts will be replaced.

All repairs will be done in accordance with the original equipment manufacturer's specification, recommendations, and procedures.

Test sub-assemblies and complete assembly with the prescribed test equipment in accordance with the original manufacturer's test recommendation.

This classification of repair carries the repair station's standard warranty. Necessary Minor Repair

Repairs of defects to a sub-assembly and/or complete assembly, as designated by the customer or noted by the service shop after visual inspection.

Test unit and sub-assembly according to manufacturer's recommendations and report findings to the customer.

Under warranty period, the repair station is only responsible for that portion of repair work that it was instructed to perform.
Calibration or Test Only

External cleaning of complete assembly according to manufacturer's recommendations.

If the test does not meet requirements, the customer will be advised and permission will be requested to make further repairs.
